It didn’t take long for Aqib Talib to let his presence be known in the Patriots’ secondary.
The new addition picked off an Andrew Luck pass early in the second quarter, and weaved his way through the Colts’ offense for a 59-yard touchdown. Talib’s making his debut for New England after serving out the last game of his four-game suspension last week.

FOXBORO — Aqib Talib left a pretty memorable first impression on the New England fan base during his Patriots debut Sunday. Apparently the Patriots have left a rather remarkable impression on him, too.

Just what is an “acceptable” win for the New England Patriots?
When they win a nail-biter, the cry is that they cannot “close out” teams, they lack “killer instinct” and they don’t “step on the throat” of opposing teams when they have them down.
