When Calgary Flames center Olli Jokinen had gone 15 games without a goal, he knew he had to change up something. So the former Phoenix Coyote recollected on some advice that was passed on to him by the Great One, Wayne Gretzky. He went out for a Big Mac meal.
"In Phoenix, I think I went 10, 11 games without a goal and he pulled me into a meeting and said ‘Hey, you take everything pretty seriously and you work out and your preparation is pretty good so maybe you should let it go a little bit and go have a burger and relax and maybe you'll get out of the slump'," Jokinen said.
"If the Great One tells you to go have a burger, you'd better go and do it, you know."

And what do ya know? In the Flames next game, Saturday night against the Chicago Blackhawks, Jokinen broke his scoreless streak with a first period goal.

So not only did Gretzky set unbreakable NHL records and produce a ridiculously hot daughter, he's also working toward replacing the magic eight ball.

I'm not sure which I find more entertaining: Jokinen saying "Big Mac meal" or "burger".
