ST. LOUIS St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced the club has activated forward Andy McDonald from Injured Reserve today. McDonald, 35, has dressed in 18 games this season posting 11 points including three goals and eight assists to go along with eight penalty minutes. Overall, the 510, 175-pound forward has appeared in 12 National Hockey League (NHL) seasons, including the last six with the Blues, accumulating 479 points (178 goals, 301 assists) and 272 penalty minutes in 666 career games.
