There were 16 teams in this year’s Travis Roy’s Boston Wiffleball Challenge, but only one was made up of Division I athletes. The Boston University men’s hockey team impressed at the tournament, but Terriers defenseman Travis Escobedo was only really enamored with himself. Escobedo declared himself team MVP. “Escobedo is a real team guy as you can see,” head coach Jack Parker deadpanned. “There’s two great players in the world. He thinks that he’s both of them.” Check out highlights of the charity event in the video above.
