Welcome back to the Boston’s Bettah Show! We took a week off last week because life got in the way but we are back next week.
This week on the Boston’s Bettah Show, Chris Bentivegna and Eric Hubley sit down to talk about the New England Patriots, the MLB Playoffs and the Boston Celtics. Listen as Chris and Eric first vent about the Patriots atrocious play-calling before trying to determine if this is going to be a good post-loss Patriots game or a bad post-loss Patriots game. Who is a little bit worried about New York Jets quarterback/half-back/football player Tim Tebow might line up as a running back and who does Eric think is the best Patriots player this year not named Tom Brady or Wes Welker?
The guys then talk about the MLB playoffs and are overjoyed with the loss of the New York Yankees. They then start discussing the World Series early, assuming its going to be the Detroit Tigers and the St. Louis Cardinals and why the Cardinals are going to win the World Series again.
As a reminder, you can follow Boston’s Bettah on Facebook by going here and on Twitter by going here . Also, head over to Gameday Goods and go make a purchase. BEST OF MAXIM
Tom Brady has solidified himself as one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history, yet there are some fans who aren't too pleased with the quarterback's play against the Seahawks.
While some level of criticism seems fair, there are other fans who are willing to write off Brady, saying that he's over the hill and incapable of being the quarterback we...
Rex Ryan's defense played its best game a week ago, shutting down rookie Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis offense by causing turnovers and holding the Colts to just three field goals.
The task will be tougher Sunday.
The New York Jets face Tom Brady and the Patriots. New England's top-ranked up-tempo offense is fast and tricky. It uses the no-huddle to perfection, causing...
8 a.m. ET: The disappointment of a tough loss in Seattle is now way in the rearview and the Patriots attention turns to the visiting Jets.
Rex Ryan leads his enigmatic Jets into Foxboro for an important early-season division showdown. With all four AFC East teams tied at 3-3 atop the division, there's even more riding on this typically heated rivalry.
As quarterbacks, you could probably count the similarities between Tim Tebow and Tom Brady on one hand. One thing the players do share is that they both played under Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.
That's why New York Jets coach Rex Ryan had Tebow mimicking Brady in the Jets' practice week leading up to Sunday's matchup against the Patriots.
The New England Patriots had five players that sat out
Thursday’s practice, including tight end Aaron Hernandez and offensive lineman
Logan Mankins, reports Michael Vega of the Boston Globe.

Logan Mankins (calf/hip), and TE Aaron Hernandez, who returned to the field for
last week's 24-23 setback at Seattle for the first time since...
QB Tom Brady
The Jets defend the pass much better than they defend the run, and the Patriots are certain to exploit that weakness early and often. Even if the Pats lean on the run, I expect Brady to make the Jets pay with big plays off playaction. He won’t be airing it out 50 times this week, but he’ll still likely put up 275 yards and 2-3 scores.
RBs Stevan Ridley, Brandon...
Welcome back Rex. And welcome backs Rex's mouth. They both predict victory over the Patriots. The Bills hope to the Titans at home.

The fantasy football landscape is changing. While traditional fantasy football is still as popular as ever, the popularity of daily fantasy football is skyrocketing and the leader in the field in FanDuel. Chris Gross - Patriots 27, Jets 20- The Jets head into Foxboro coming off of a dominating performance against the young Indianapolis Colts at home. They face a New England team ranked 5th against the run with a very young and talented front 7, accompanied by an extremely explosive offensive unit.
