Houston Rockets forward Chandler Parsons was asked by one of his fans to be her date to prom recently over twitter, but sadly he couldn’t fit it in his busy schedule of being a grownup. So instead, he sent this ******* party bus in his stead, which somehow was a close second (via Deadspin). Hey Chandler, if a cute (hopefully) 18 year old asks you out, and she’s just as happy when a bus shows up in your place, you’re either a transformer or you might need a personality workshop.

It wasn’t what she originally wanted, but Houston Rockets fan, Stephanie Flores, showed up to prom Saturday in style courtesy of Chandler Parsons.
Flores originally asked Parsons to prom but he was unable to make it because he out of town, and while another NBA player may of just left it at that, he went out of his way and arranged for her and friends to arrive to prom in a party...
Back in the days when I attended high school, the only way to score a prom date was to ask someone that you knew or go for the gold by asking the hottest girl in your class. (Clearly, I should have re-thought that second plan!)
These days, high school students have used the realm of social networking to get famous actresses and even NBA/NFL players to accompany them.
Houston Rockets stud Chandler Parsons could not make it to a fan's prom night, but he did the next best thing and rented her a huge party bus for the occasion.
Chandler Parsons was unable to attend the prom of one of his fans, but he still did his best to make the young girl’s day. A girl named Stephanie Flores, who appears to be a huge Houston sports fan, tweeted to the Rockets forward on May 20 to ask him to her prom. @chandlerparsons pleaseeee [...]
Thanks to the social networking realm that we live in, we can learn some new things about our favorite NBA players and recently, I learned something about Houston Rockets point guard, Jeremy Lin.
Lin was doing a live Q&A session on his Facebook page before the start of 2013 Eastern Conference Finals game 7 and answered many interesting fan questions.
The most interesting question...
Thomas Robinson, the young PF from Kansas was a beast in college. However, in the NBA he has not seen the court enough to judge him as a bust or a sure shot. Drafted 5th overall by the Sacramento Kings, then traded to Houston for one part of the Morris twins, Thomas was buried on the bench for the rest of the year, as well as the playoffs with the Houston Rockets.
What is Thomas...
Chandler Parsons held an impromptu interview session via Twitter. During the Q&A he tweeted that he would love to have free agent-to-be Dwight Howard sign with the Rockets
Remember Jeremy Lin? Yeah, the Linsanity dude. Well, Mr. Lin, now with the Houston Rockets in case you have forgotten, has been engaging his followers and fans on Twitter by orchestrating a “Fan Appreciation Week,” a day-to-day contest of sorts. In its third day on Wednesday — Day 2 was a Rockets Artwork Contest, by [...]The post Jeremy Lin impersonates James Harden and Chandler...
