Charlie Strong spoke to the media on Monday afternoon as his team is set to kickoff their 2013 fall camp. Coach Strong talked about multiple different things, including the addition of former Auburn running back Michael Dyer. Strong also talked about the incoming freshman. Unfortunately, there are two members of Louisville’s 2013 recruiting class that haven’t made it to campus yet. Four star defensive backs Chucky Williams and Donel Elam are the two players that Charlie Strong is still waiting on. Unfortunately it sounds like Elam isn’t expected to make it this year and may have to attend junior college or prep school. The Orange Park, FL., native was one of the more highly regarded prospects in Louisville’s 2013 class. After giving Charlie Strong a verbal commitment very early in the recruiting process, Elam was offered by multiple other BCS schools, such as South Carolina and West Virginia.
