Found December 01, 2012 on Busted Coverage:
College GameDay made it’s way down to the SEC Championship in Atlanta, Georgia for the last games of the regular season. This will be the last time we see strange Samantha Steele segments in 2012 on GameDay. Would the season really be complete without some Georgia fan misspelling a sign? Absolutely not. The game that everyone will be watching today will be between the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Georgia Bulldogs. The winner of this game will go to the BCS National Championship game and curb stomp Notre Dame. Do you have a photo of a great College GameDay sign that we missed? Send it in. mail@bustedcoverage.com Filed under: Football, GameDay Signs, NCAA

Mark Richt didn't like a reporter's question about him losing big games, and gave him a hard time about it in a back-and-forth.

Herschel Walker to Open New Restaurant in Athens, GA—’Herschel’s Famous 34 Pub & Grill’

As a new generation of Georgia Bulldogs stand on the cusp of a National Championship appearance, a former legend—who helped lead the Bulldogs to their last National Championship in 1980—is preparing to open a new restaurant not far from his old stomping grounds. The University of Georgia’s legendary running back will soon help open Herschel’s Famous 34 Pub & Grill...

Georgia Recruiting: Shaq Wiggins, ‘I have been thinking about South Carolina lately’

Shaq Wiggins has been committed to the Georgia Bulldogs since last February, but the recent uptick in defensive backs for the 2013 class has Wiggins re-thinking things a bit more than Georgia fans might like to hear. “That is a lot of defensive backs,” Wiggins said. “Not corners so much but safeties. Recruiting is all a game and people recruit players for different reason...

Mark Richt gets testy with reporter following loss to Alabama

It was the most exciting college football game of the year and Alabama-Georgia in the SEC Championship certainly lived up to expectations. The Championship game came down to the wire, and with Georgia needing a touchdown to win, they came up just short four yards short. Electing not to spike the ball with 15 seconds remaining, Richt drew up a fade for Aaron Murray to throw. The ball...

Richt, Georgia fall short in valiant effort

ATLANTA The dry erase board lie right where Kenarious Gates kicked it: Face down, right next to the helmet he discarded and the chair he knocked over. That board, along with its clones littered around Georgia's sideline, has become the calling card of Georgia victories this season, with written statements being held up for cameras and fans alike. It might have been the "...

Alabama vs. Georgia: Will The Tide Roll or Fold?

I think this game comes down to how well Georgia’s offensive skill positions (running back, quarterback, wide receiver) respond to pressure from Alabama’s defense. If both Keith Marshall and Todd Gurley find success in the running game—opening up options in the passing game for guys like Chris Conley, Arthur Lynch, Malcolm Mitchell, and Tavarres King—then Murray should find...

UGA will be HUGE favorites! They were five yards away from playing for the national title, and taking on a team that just...

Richt v. King At Postgame Presser

((HT: FoxSports/Fansided.com)) The Georgia Bulldogs are 2-10 against top 10 teams under Mark Richt- which is a question in and of itself that has to be taken on a case-by-case basis... In the Ess-E-Cee Championship game, the HQ thinks it came down to simply the depth of the Alabama running game and beef up front. Don't misunderstand... Georgia played their ass off, but...
