Dampier active again to start game against Utah Jazz

Good to see that Mavericks center Erick Dampier has remained active to start the game against Utah tonight. Dampier had a great road trip and has played well to start the season. He's made both of his shots already, has three rebounds and has changed shots on the defensive end. Jason Kidd said today that he's been impressed with Dampier's play of late. "He's been playing well all of training camp, and the two games in LA he was great," Kidd said. "We have to build on that, get as much as we can out of him." Mavericks-Jazz tied at 13-13 with 2:58 left in the first quarter from the AAC.
