Yes Peyton Manning ended the game with a ugly cross body pass to a ravens defender, but should have it came down to that at all.  Manning and Elway support Fox's decision but history and statistic tell me otherwise.

With 30 plus seconds left in the fourth quarter and the game tied Denver Broncos Coach John Fox Decided To Let Time Expire and take his chances in overtime.  Did Coach Fox make the right decision by not allowing Peyton Manning to attempt a game winning drive at home against the ravens?  Maybe so.  Why did he decide to do that with A future H.O.F quarterback and one of the best in the game?   for me the answer is simple.  With 30 seconds left and 2 time outs remaining Coach Fox allowed his team to take a knee and let time tick away.  Never mind that Manning is the all time leader in 4th quarter comeback wins with 38 and 2nd all time with 49 game winning drives only behind  Marino, you also had an excellent kicker in Prater.  Prater Was a 79% kicker on the year with 4 field goals of 50 or more.  So why not take a shot Why not let the best qb in the game work his mile high mojo much like John Elway did for so many years.  I really don't Know but letting that much time go and not taking a shot to get into field goal range just may have cost The Broncos a shot at the AFC championship game.  Lets Just ask The Atlanta Falcons lead By Matt Ryan if gg for it with 30 seconds left is a good idea!
