From Sports by Colin:

WBC heavyweight titlist “Dr. Iron Fist” Vitali Klitschko was sprayed with tear gas and suffered a gash on his right hand while protesting a Russian language bill Wednesday in Kiev, Ukraine.
Klitschko (44-2, 40 KOs), who is slated to fight “Diamond Boy” Manuel Charr on Sept. 8 in Moscow in likely his final bout as a professional before focusing on a prospective political career in his native Ukraine, was challenging a law that makes Russian, not Ukrainian, the official language in the country that was once a Soviet republic. The 40-year-old is running for mayor of Kiev.
“Dr. Iron Fist,” 14-2 in world title fights and the owner of the second-highest heavyweight knockout percentage in history (86.9 percent), is reportedly OK and still preparing to fight the 27-year-old Charr (21-0, 11 KOs) in front of 30,000 spectators at Olympisky Sport Hall in Moscow.
