This one will probably make more sense to our U.K. visitors who already know Jodie Marsh from her work as a skank on Big Brother U.K. and on the pages of British tabloids. American readers have probably seen her in some sort of ’89 Broads With Big Boobs’ gallery. She’s even had a few runs on Busted Coverage.

Marsh has made one of the most interesting transitions to competitive bodybuilding.

Now 32 and with her prime far, far behind in the rearview mirror, Marsh has turned to the world of freakish spray tans and muscles.

Talking about her new figure, Jodie said: ‘This is the best I’ve ever felt, and the best my body has ever felt too.

‘In just 50 days I have gone from 25 per cent body fat to 10 per cent body fat, gained 8 pounds of muscle, and lost 20 pounds of fat. In 8 weeks I have achieved what normally takes 6 to 9 months.’

Marsh was once a top-tier model on the Nuts, FHM, Zoo and Loaded NSFW circuit. She’s been involved with dudes, chicks and is a vegetarian. For a chick who has no discernible talent, Marsh has made one helluva career for herself.

You unemployed assholes out there will probably rip her for looking like an African chick searching for water in the middle of Darfur. True, but at least this broad knows how to make a buck. Your lazy ass is sitting there watching Rachel Nichols talk about the Eagles instead of building a career.

Lesson here: going from ***** skank to a raccoon bodybuilder is possible in this world. Make **** happen for yourself.

Dude finished 5th in this world championship in Sheffield.
