The July 19 edition of ESPN’s Friday Night Fights presented by Corona Extra will feature two top Junior Welterweights—Olusegun “The Gun” Ajose (31-1, 14 KOs) and “Hammerin’” Hank Lundy (22-3-1, 11 KOs) — in the 10-round main event. Friday’s show from Rockingham Park in Salem, N.H. Main Event: New York’s Ajose, a 2000 Olympian for Nigeria, won an eight-round unanimous decision over Rynell Griffin in his last fight. Philadelphia’s Lundy has defeated former Lightweight titlist David Diaz and current Lightweight titlist Richar Abril, but is looking to get back to his winning ways following back-to-back losses to Viktor Postol and Ray Beltran. “Coming off two consecutive loses, Lundy is in danger of becoming irrelevant,” Atlas said. “He will need his good speed and great urgency to beat a bigger, more physical Ajose.
