The whispers and innuendo I’m hearing surrounding talented tailback Alvin Kamara would lead many to believe that he’s bound for the Crimson Tide. However, there is a smidgen of hope that Georgia can change his trajectory and that will likely begin and end with his upcoming official visit this weekend. Kamara himself has already stated that the visit will be “crucial” and he’s certainly coming into it with an open mind. Saban To Address Principals, ADs
MONTGOMERY – Nick Saban, head football coach at The University of Alabama, will be the keynote speaker at the sixth annual AHSAA Principals and Athletic Directors Conference to be held at Montgomery’s Renaissance Convention Center April 2-3.
Treys By Myers Put Tide By Auburn
Junior Shafontaye Myers recorded a career high of 23 points, 21 points coming from three-point range, to lead the Crimson Tide to a 61-51 victory over Auburn on Thursday night in Foster Auditorium. With the win, Alabama improves to 12-7 overall and 2-4 in Southeastern Conference action while the loss drops the Tigers to 13-7 on the season and 2-5 in league play.
