Mike Miller may bring a lawsuit against the Miami Heat after losing $1.7 million. The team introduced Miller to Haider Zafar, who then defrauded the player.
Vancouver Grizzlies’ forward Tayshaun Prince has always been skinny, since the days he entered the NBA with the Pistons in 2002. The Pistons never wanted him to add bulk, as it would hinder him from flying around the perimeter.
Prince has struggled with the Grizzlies, mainly in the postseason, where he shot a mere 35 percent and averaged only seven points per game. The struggles...
Recently, the fine folks over at Yahoo Sports put together a list of the “Worst 12 NBA Contracts in the 21st Century” and the contract that led the list was Gilbert Arenas for his contract extension with the Washington Wizards in 2008.
The fine folks over at TMZ caught up with Gilbert after hearing the news and below is his official reaction to earning that interesting distinction...
The Grizzlies have scored 73 and 72 in their last two games, looking absolutely awful. Everything they try has been shut down, and they'll have to turn it around with the regular season looming.
Whatever they've been trying to do, it clearly hasn't been working. In their past two games against the Houston Rockets and the Toronto Raptors, the Memphis Grizzlies have scored...

I’m having a tough time choosing between leads for this horrific preseason game, so I’ll use them all:
The Grizzlies played lockdown defense tonight. Too bad it was on themselves.
This will be a great matchup in the Western Conference for years to come. Just not tonight.
How bad were the Grizzlies against the Houston Rockets in their preseason finale? Halfway through the second...
C 1. Marc Gasol (MEM) – Marc Gasol is very consistent in every category and also a very safe pick. He is everything that you would want in a big man. He rebounds, scores, blocks shots, and passes tremendously. He also doesn’t have any injury concerns that you should be worried about. With Randolph aging […]
Dwight Howard and Marc Gasol got into a mammoth-size pushing match Friday night during the Rockets-Grizzlies game in Houston.
The incident began when Gasol drew a double team from Howard and Rockets guard Patrick Beverley in the first quarter. The Spaniard apparently didn't like that much as he passed the ball and then sent Beverley to the floor.
Former Miami Heat player Mike Miller is thinking about suing the franchise. Miller lost $1.7 million in a scam put together by a man named Haider Zafar that he was introduced to by a former Miami Heat employee, Stephen Weber. Zafar allegedly used $700K of that money to purchase courtside seats for the Miami Heat and Miller wants that money back.
Miller, who now plays for the Memphis...
