CJ Hilliard chose the Iowa Hawkeyes over the Indiana Hoosiers on Thursday, ending his recruitment. He’s 5-10, 192 and had offers from Boston College, Ohio, Akron and Bowling Green. The Cincinnati prospect was impressed with Iowa on his visit and was surprised at how he was already a known commodity. He shared this with Scout.com ($$$): ““One of the main things about Iowa was the fan support. When I got there and after my visit, I had someone come up and ask me if I was C.J. Hilliard from Cincinnati and that surprised me.” Hilliard had 629 yards rushing as a junior in high school, and you can see all of his statistics at this link. You can watch his highlight tape below..the things that jumps out to me is his burst through the hole.
