Hermie Sadler (photo courtesy of SPEED) Hermie Sadler will hang up his microphone and climb back into a race car this weekend, as he’ll be behind the No. 33 Richard Childress Racing NASCAR Sprint Cup Series entry for Sunday’s Goody’s Fast Relief 500 at Martinsville Speedway in his home state of Virginia. The Emporia, Va., native, who now works for SPEED Channel, will become the third driver to drive the No. 33 in 2012. His younger brother, Elliott Sadler, drove the car in the season-opening Daytona 500 on Feb. 27 and Brendan Gaughan has been behind the wheel in the four races since. Clint Bowyer gave up the No. 33 ride at the end of 2011 to drive the No. 15 car at Michael Waltrip Racing. The No. 33 car isn’t expected to run the complete 2012 Sprint Cup Series schedule, but it has been entered in all races so far. The No. 33 car heads into Martinsville 35th in car owner points, so Sadler will be guaranteed a starting spot for the race on Sunday. Sadler has made 63-career starts at t...
