Former Pittsbugh Steelers receiver Hines Ward will be honored with the Dapper Dan Lifetime Achievement Award in February. "Being selected for the Dapper Dan Lifetime Achievement Award is a big honor for me," Ward said. "I know there have been a lot of great winners in the past and to have my name mentioned among them is truly special to me. It's very humbling for me, and I am grateful to the folks at Dapper Dan for giving me this prestigious award." He recently spoke with Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and talked about his time away from playing football and what he's been up to. As we know, he landed a nice job on Sunday night NFL football and Notre Dame football broadcasts, he's competing on the Food Network's "Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off", and now he's training to compete in the Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii.
