The number one pick of this past year's draft, Anthony Davis, was elbowed in the head in yesterday's game against the Utah Jazz.  He had to leave the game in the second quarter and did not return.  Davis was being evaluated throughout the rest of the game. According to David Locke, the radio voice for the Utah Jazz, the injury could be a concussion. Anthony Davis is out for the game possible concussion#UTAatNOH— David Locke (@Lockedonsports) November 3, 2012Davis played for the 2012 National Champion Kentucky Wildcats and was drafted number one overall by the New Orleans Hornets.  The Hornets, who finished last season with a record of 21-45, won the NBA Draft Lottery despite the Charlotte Bobcats finishing with the worst record in history. Davis averaged 14.2 points per game at Kentucky last season.  He also averaged 10.4 rebounds per game and 4.7 blocks per game. ---Late last night, confirmed Davis suffered a mild concussion.Follow @hoopsinjurynews
