Deadspin.com published a photo in a story Friday showing a woman sitting in the street with a sign saying she is living on the streets. Oh, and she adds on the placard that she is an ex-wife of a Miami Heat star. The woman, reportedly Siohvaughn Funches, was once married to Dwyane Wade. The couple had an ugly -- and we repeat, ugly -- divorce. Funches was awarded a $1 million lump sum and $25,000 per month for child support. The divorce battle between the high school sweethearts was nasty. They battled over custody of their two sons, with Wade eventually winning. Funches is no stranger to erratic behavior. During the divorce proceeding, TMZ reported she had parted ways with nine attorneys . This meltdown comes days after Funches dropped a lawsuit that alleged Wade owed her at least $1 million. The Chicago Tribune reported Funches filed a voluntary dismissal order Tuesday. Check out some of Funches' post-split interviews here .

  • first of all can we add this to the list of her erractic behavior? One of her claims is he's not supporting his children. However, EVERYONE knows D Wade has custody of his kids, and by all public indication he's doing a good job as a single parent. She's also claiming D Wade put her "out on the street" to embarrass her...really there's no need for him to try and embarrass her - she's doing a good job of that all by herself. And finally she says he left her broke...although in the final divorce settlement it's been reported she got a 1 million dollar lump sum payment and $35,000 a month in traveling and living expenses. And if she hasn't collected who's fault is that - her lawyer maybe?. And she's had enough lawyers...not 1, not 2 ,not 3 not 4 not 5, not 6, not 7, not 8 - well you get the picture............
