The move by the Sixers to obtain a legitimate 3 point scoring threat is a gamble that I think will payoff for them. Removing the toughness of Reggie Evans for an outside shooter will hurt some, but the Sixers needed to obtain a guy who will punish teams for collapsing down on the post presence of Brand. This move could open lanes for Andre Iguodala and make it easier for him to get to the basket as well. This may not be the only move the Sixers need to make in order to get them over the top in the East, but it certainly is a move in the right direction. The intensity, toughness, rebounding ability, and tenacity of Reggie Evans will be missed; however, the Sixers are a young team that uses the same qualities to get them through most games anyway. What do you all think?
