UFC Light Heavyweight Jon Jones

Just because UFC 145 and the unprecedented hoopla surrounding the event is officially a thing of the past, that doesn’t mean all of the behind-the-scenes footage leading up to light heavyweight king Jon Jones’ (Pictured) title defense against Rashad Evans has been released.

In this week’s edition of FUEL TV’s “UFC Ultimate Insider,” viewers got an exclusive look at what went down in the final days before the bitter rivals brawled on April 21st.

Perhaps the most interesting piece of the segment was when Jones and Evans were set to conduct a two-way satellite interview where they couldn’t see each other, but they could hear what their nemesis was saying. “Bones” was boasting that LeBron James had sent out a tweet in support.

Jones was so star-struck that he didn’t know how to respond and had a handler assist him with his comment. Evans immediately pounced on him, claiming the 24-year-old wasn’t even capable of issuing his own posts.

“You can’t even make a tweet by yourself,” Evans stated. “‘What do I say to LeBron James?’ Just [expletive] tweet him!”

If Heat fail to win title now, it's been a big waste

When LeBron James left Cleveland for Miami in the summer of 2010, the idea wasnt to win a title or two. At least, not if you listened to James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, who told the world on their own stage that the goal was to win six or seven championships. And they sounded like they believed it would be that easy. Now, this isnt to trash James for his Decision Show or desire...

Not even Bosh can distract a focused James

The Miami Heat are feeling pretty good about themselves. They scored another double-digit victory against the Knicks on Monday night, 104-94, giving them a 2-0 series lead in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs. After intense scrutiny from his past playoff performances, LeBron James appears to be more focused this postseason. The likely league MVP is averaging 25...

Chris Bosh has become the LeBron James of videobombing

One of these days, much like planking and Tebowing, videobombing will run its course and become somewhat less cool than it was at its height.  Videobombing may never go away completely, and its arc is much more gradual than those internet fads that seemingly come and go by the time Facebook does another complete overhaul.  The master of the videobomb in sports is without a doubt...

Knicks Set NBA Record Courtesy of the Miami Heat

The New York Knicks made history thursday night but not in a good way. The Miami Heat beat the Knicks 87-70 behind LeBron James' 32 points. It was the Knicks 13th straight playoff loss which is an NBA record. The Knicks haven't won a playoff game since April 29th 2001 and Broke the Mephis Grizzlies previous record of 12. Carmelo Anthony was the Knicks leading scorer with...

MVP Voters can not Bet that LeBron James will win the MVP

David Stern hates gambling. How stupid do you feel that you didn't vote Lebron James to win MVP this season like Bill Simmons? Plus, you now find out that NBA MVP voters, who bet on Lebron, are voting Lebron James as MVP too. Mark it down, for the next 3-4 NBA seasons thousands of NBA fans are putting their money on Lebron for MVP. More Information

Smith’s Ridiclous reverse dunk : Wade to James for Alley Oop

The New York Knicks are down to the Miami Heat but Knicks guard J.R. Smith probably had the best play of the playoffs so far. Smith beat LeBron James off the dribble and then went to work. Smith continued dribbling and threw down a ridiculous reverse dunk. That is one of the best reverse dunks you are going to see. What great athletic ability he also double pump on the...

Heat Stop Knicks In Second Half For 87-70 Win, Grab 3-0 Series Lead

For the first 24 minutes of action it appeared as if the New York Knicks; despite having a roster that has been depleted by injuries; had a chance to defeat the Miami Heat on Thursday night and get their first win in the third game of the best of seven series. Those thoughts quickly disappeared early in the second half, as Miami outscored their hosts by a 55-30 margin to win the...
