Look for Evans Touchdowns to Move Up
Lee has suffered these last two season with a young quarterback at the controls. While Trent Edwards is very talented it takes a quarterback a couple seasons until the touchdowns start piling up in the stat column. This year will be Edwards 3rd season starting under center and Lee Evans will now see more opportunity's to shine in 2009. I believe Terrell Owens coming to the team helps him as well. I've always thought Evans was a fine receiver but never have I thought he was a true #1. But now getting to face the #2 corner on every team Evans will be one of the best #2 receivers in football again. Just as he was in his early days with Eric Moulds taking pressure off of him.......
