Congrats to Mitch McGary (@MitchMcGary33) on committing to the Michigan Wolverines. UM picks up a good one and a future star. More than likely Duke will now focus their efforts solely on Tony Parker.  Mitch chose the Wolverines with Florida and Duke in the mix, in the end he chose to stay close to home and listen to his AAU coach, can’t blame him for that. Best of luck Mitch!

Reaction: What Mitch McGary Means to Michigan

“I am excited about this new opportunity at Michigan, I wouldn’t go there if I didn’t think they could win a national championship.” That was John Beilein in 2007 on the day he accepted the Michigan job. Even film cannot do Jeremy Gallon justice. The Michigan sophomore receiver is listed at 5-feet-8, so the last pass one expects he could handle would be a jump ball. Yet there he is, reaching above the cornerbacks to snag one of those passes.
