We’re all aware that Nike founder Phil Knight is an avid Oregon Ducks supporter, so much so that the Ducks always debut some of the sickest uniforms all provided by Nike. According to CBS Sports, Knight may have decided to switch sides on the same weekend that the Ducks watch their national title hopes fall by the wayside after losing to the Stanford Cardinals. At the LSU/Alabama game last night Knight was seen parading on the sidelines fully dressed in Alabama gear.

The funniest part of this is that he’s the founder of Nike so who’s really going to call him out? Definitely not Oregon. They like the perks.

Knight, of course, was dressed in his usual Oregon garb, a sight that has become routine since becoming the public face of Oregon in recent years.
So what happened when the Ducks lost to Stanford, eliminating them (for now, anyway) from the BCS national...

The Oregon Ducks traveled all the way to Camp Humphries in the Republic of South Korea to face Georgetown in the Armed Forces Classic and come away with an 82-75 win over the Hoyas. Joseph Young paced the Ducks with 24 points and shot a perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line.
Leave it to a Stanford fan to come up with one of the most clever posters ever. Congratulations, sir, as you have won all the laughs. Oh, and if you know anyone who is an Oregon Ducks fan, you’re not doing your job if you haven’t sent this to them. H/T Deadspin Photo via Instagram/George […]
The Oregon Ducks beat a powerful inside game with precision passing, speed, athleticism and consistency last night. Trouble was, the big win came on a basketball court in South Korea. Dana Altman's roundball Ducks defeated Georgetown 82-75 in their season opener, held on an Army base in Korea. The Ducks prevailed despite the relentless offense of 6-10, 350-lb. Hoya center Joshua...

When expectations are as high as they are for the Oregon Ducks, it takes resilience to be a player or a fan, and Mike Wines of Oregon Duck Soup and Youtube channel madmike1951 is one of the best of the latter.
Yesterday, right on schedule, he posted the Duck highlights for the 26-20 loss to Stanford.

EUGENE - With an undefeated season now an impossibility, the Oregon Ducks resumed practice Monday knowing much was still on the line.
