After spending last week with the Eagles, the Patriots hosted their first joint practice with the Buccaneers on Tuesday morning. In the first of three practices before Friday’s preseason home opener with the Bucs, both sides were excited to get a look at a different team. One face was familiar, however — after being traded in the offseason to Tampa Bay, Darrelle Revis returned to Gillette to see his former conference foes, and expressed regret at not being able to partake in the practice due to an injury. Check out the above video to hear what else some of the players had to say about practice. The 6-foot-5, 230-pound receiver may make the Patriots’ secondary look foolish at times, but it’s good practice for bigger, more physical receivers the team will have to face during the season. The ball was thrown...
