Peasant Hunt

Posted October 15, 2013

I wont mince words.  The Egrets has some talent on offense.  The defense is another story.  On the other hand the Cowboys has quality talent, on all three phases of the game.  The Egrets are not up there, in the area of intense dislike as the Redskins for me.  I do have them high on, the loathing Richter scale.  Suits me, to wipe the field with bird tail feathers the entire game.  I'm afraid that's not Jason Garrett's way.

Instead, I'll settle for a convincing win.  A win that sends the message.  That late in the season.  The same thing will happen.  If you bombastic birdbrains.  Get in our way.  That again, isn't Jason's Way.  It's obvious Jason wants to win via the passing game.  All fine and good.  At least, don't lose more that you win.  Which is about all you can say at this point.  Tied at 3-3 for NFC Beast Division supremacy.   The win would be a hollow victory at this point.  If the Cowboys don't build on it.  Due to the abysmal play of the whole division.  It shouldn't even be this close.  Let alone tied.

Maybe a good old fashioned "Pheasant Hunt".  Would do the trick.  The kind of hunt that would leave pheasant feathers strewn all over the field at the end of the day.  That would be satisfying to say the least.  Then display the catch for all the NFL public to see.  Yes that would due just fine.  A huge pheasant feather in our NFC caps.  Yes, let it be so.  I know it will, and'll be well received.

  • Love it Robbo. I'm looking for a convincing win against the Eagles. I can't wait for the Pheasant hunt to begin. America's team 35-16.
  • I'm with you T. Sounds good.
