According to Mike Jones of the Washington Post, Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon has been cleared for training camp after undergoing offseason shoulder surgery.

After battling a foot injury for the entire 2012 season, Garcon has to prove that he can stay healthy and be one of Robert Griffin III’s go-to guys on a consistent basis.
