While Louisville’s Sugar Bowl ticket sales have been unexpectedly well, it’s been the exact opposite for the Florida Gators. According to the Orlando Sentinel, Florida has sold just 6,500 of the 17,500 tickets it was contracted to purchase for the game.
As of Friday morning, Louisville had sold 14,000 of its 17,500 allotment. More tickets were likely sold over the weekend, thanks...
It’s unclear what prompted the dispute between the two Arizona players, perhaps it was the fact that the Arizona Wildcats gave up 21 points in the first quarter. It’s likely that we will never know. Either way, punches were exchanged between the two, and one of them was taken to the lockerroom afterwards. The commentators say that it was a “long season” for the Wildcat...
Freshman cornerback Willie Bailey will transfer after one season with the Florida Gators during which he saw no action on the field. Bailey was to receive a redshirt after not getting on the field during the 2012 season. Did you expect anything less in a year of the-arm-is-quicker-than-the-eye moments for Scott, Arizona's senior quarterback...
Say what you will about how bad this looks, but at least the team is showing some heart. For the first 7 games (and 39:53 into this one) the Florida Gators never once trailed past the 15:00 minute mark of the 1st half. In other words, they've played virtually the entire season with the lead. Tonight was no different as the Gators took the lead with 17:31 left in the 1st. They built an eleven point lead in the first half only to see Arizona score eight points in the...
There are plenty of familiar names on both teams from last season’s matchup between Arizona and Florida in Gainesville. The Gators were the only ranked team last season when the teams met, coming in at No. 12, but the returning experience is a major reason why both teams are ranked in the top ten for this matchup. The scene shifts as the teams will tip off on Saturday at 10 p.m. EST in Tucson.

tackle Tevin Hood and linebacker Cody Ippolito, and thank goodness these guys don't box. Don't...
