Found April 01, 2013 on NFL Trade Rumors:
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the St Louis Rams have re-signed OL Chris Williams to a one-year deal worth up to $2.75 million. A report from last week indicated that the Williams were considering the idea of retaining Williams, so this doesn’t come as a huge surprise. Williams, 27, signed with St Louis during Week 8 and wound up playing only 82 snaps for them last season. He was drafted in the first-round by the Bears, but clearly never lived up to expectations. The Rams will likely give him a shot at competing for a roster spot during training camp, but it’s doubtful that he’ll end up earning the entire $2.75 million next season. NFL Network will once again try not to tip picks during this year's draft

During last year's NFL Draft, the league attempted to avoid tipping picks, but that went to hell pretty quickly.
