Pack Pride recaps the visitors in attendance for State's win over Wake Forest.
After a gut-wrenching last second loss to UNC and a no-show defeat at the hands of Virginia, NC State entered Saturday’s game against Wake Forest in dire need of a win. The Pack responded with its most complete effort of the year, routing the Deacs 37-6. Pack Pride recaps State’s sixth win of the season.
James Looney has been a long time target for the Wake Forest coaches in this year's class. The 6-foot-4, 260-pound lineman, who plays at Lake Worth (Fla.) Community High School, is capable of playing both sides of the ball at the college level. On October 31st, The Deacon staff got the commitment they were hoping for when Looney gave his recruiting coach, Ray McCartney, a phone call.
