GA lineman has WFU tie
Wake Forest would like to find a few pass rushers for the Class of 2014. They visited the Atlanta area last week to extend a scholarship offer to Bradley Chubb, a 6-foot-4, 235-pound defensive lineman out of Hillgrove High. The staff is already has a strong connection with Chubb and his family. His older brother, Brandon, now a redshirt freshman, joined the Deacons program in 2011.

Wake Forest athletic director Ron Wellman says basketball coach Jeff Bzdelik will be back for a fourth season.

It’s not clear whether these helmets will be used by Wake Forest for the 2013-14 football season or not, but I hope the white one is. The white helmet with the Demon Deacon logo is a great new look and would look awesome on the field. The black helmet is decent, but the black on black makes it tough to see the logo and I’m not a huge fan of disguising your logo like that...
