The speculation all season has been whether or not Los Angeles Lakers center Dwight Howard will re-sign with the Lakers this off-season. Dwight is an unrestricted free agent and with all the trials and tribulations the team went through this season, him leaving for another team is a strong possibility. Now according to ESPNLA, Dwight will at the very least hear offers from teams other than the Lakers.
According to several sources familiar with Howard’s thinking, Howard will likely explore free agency before reaching his final decision. In today’s media landscape, that means there will be a circus in July while Howard hears pitches from the likes of the Dallas Mavericks and Cleveland Cavaliers.
Even if it is merely Howard doing his due diligence before making a major life decision, the frenzy it is sure to create will give Howard a taste of the backlash he could face if he ultimately decides to uproot from L.A. just one year removed from the “Dwightmare” that surrounded his exit from Orlando.
With the Lakers down 3-0 in their series against the San Antonio Spurs, the future is up in the air. When Dwight is involved, we have to know that these type of decisions are unpredictable.
So it really seems that it will have to be a ‘wait and see’ approach for the Lakers and their fans alike.

Coming off his embarrassing first season with the Los Angeles Lakers, where the Lakers barely made the playoffs only to be swept by the San Antonio Spurs in the first round of the playoffs, Dwight Howard has asked Lakers fans to give him another chance to make it up to them, but apparently his beautiful girlfriend wants him to leave the Lakers for something "even better...
This might possibly be one of the greatest Tim Duncan GIF’s of all-time and we have a rather irritated Dwight Howard to thank for it.
As Dwight walked over to the Lakers bench last night, Duncan was shown by ESPN cameras smiling in his general direction:

Dwight Howard took to Twitter late Sunday night and issued an apology to Lakers fans after being ejected from the Game 4 loss (103-82) to the Spurs that sent LA into a first round playoff exit – a sweep nonetheless. Tim Duncan is 97 years old and playing at a ridiculously high title-winning level; while Superman has had his struggles. It’s like the old bull watching the young bull pout after not realizing how hard trying to win an NBA Championship would be.
DALLAS -- Dwight Howard's season with the Los Angeles Lakers could not have gone better for the covetous Dallas Mavericks, that is.
"A nightmare," Howard said, describing Sunday's Game 4 loss to the Spurs, wrapping up a four-game first-round sweep of the glitzy Lakers. "A bad dream. I couldn't wake up out of it. It seemed like nothing could go right from...

Dwight Howard Has a Fifth Baby on the Way?
Dwight Howard was ejected from Sunday’s Game 4 between the Lakers and Spurs with 9:51 remaining in the third quarter after receiving his second technical of the game. Howard left the game with 7 points, 8 rebounds and 5 turnovers in what may of been his final game as a Laker as he will become a free agent this summer and reportedly explore his options. In a peculiar exchange, Kobe...
One thing, should be made clear. Regardless of how you feel about Dwight’s clown like behavior, 6 hidden Baby Mamas, limited post game and wishy-washy comments, he is still, pretty clearly the best center in the NBA.
He definitely has room for improvement, be it mentally and physically, but he is a very good player. He is going to be a max player wherever he plays next year.
Metta World Peace believes that Dwight Howard is getting too much of the heat. “I think we put a little too much pressure on Dwight and as responsible leaders, we gave him a little too much responsibility,” said World Peace. “Kobe (Bryant), Pau (Gasol) and myself, we weren’t responsible enough. We should have been louder [...]

Magic: "I've never let my team down"
Dwight Howard was ejected from Game 4 between the Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs at Staples Center after receiving his second technical foul, and two notable occurrences happened afterwards.
With the Lakers down 55-34 in the third quarter, Howard got tangled with Aron Baynes. He appeared to be upset about not getting a call and he must have said something to an official...
Dwight Howard pulled a typical Dwight Howard move during Game 4, getting ejected and quite possibly walking off the court as a Laker for the last time.
The Lakers got the last thing they ever needed was Kobe Bryant going down. The second to last thing they needed was to lose Dwight Howard in an elimination game due to a second technical foul early in the second half.
It has been a rough season for Dwight Howard. Heck, its been a rough couple of years for the big man. From his inglorious departure from Orlando to his landing...
While I don’t think this is what it appears, many have questioned whether or not Lakers center Dwight Howard yelled at GM Mitch Kupchak on his way into the tunnel after being ejected. Watch for yourself below and you decide. Thanks to Blacksportsonline for the footage.
