Rockies Pitching Change

I want to get some opinions here. I think the Rockies should send Jorge De La Rosa down to AAA and promote Josh Fogg back to a starting spot. My theory is that after watching another lackluster performance by Jorge today he needs to find his competitive spirit again and a demotion will capture his attention. I thought his pitching looked lazy today, he walked 3 guys, and his hustle on the base paths was awful. I know he's a pitcher but at least jog to first base! There was a really close call in the game today and even the announcers said that if he had run harder he would have been safe. Josh Fogg was a monster on the mound back in 2007 and he has plenty of arm strength to last 6 innings if not more. I know we have injuries in the bullpen, but I say let Daley, Embree, and Huston pitch 2 innings if needed, they're big boys and can surely handle it. Not to mention Joel Peralta who has been amazing as of late. The point is the bullpen could do without him and I think he would be a better starter than De La Rosa. Thoughts?
