The nightmare of having the Sacramento Kings leave the City of Sacramento isn't over yet, as it's being reported that the president of Comcast is still negotiating with the NBA to move the team to Virginia Beach, VA.According to Virginia Pilot, it's "unknown" which NBA is being swayed to move from their current location, but according to some sources it's believed to be the Kings. The city and Comcast are prepared to build a arena for the (Kings) team if they decide to move from their city to Virginia Beach, but the project is at a "very critical" stage in terms of putting the pieces together. In order to build the arena, the city is set to pay $241 million, the state would pay $135 million, and Comcast would put up $35 million. The city council will decide next week "whether to move forward to the next stage of negations," according to the report. The arena would seat around 18,500 and cost $350 million. The city would need $80 million "for the team relocation fees."At the end of November, according to CSN Bay Area, the Kings would INDEED become the new tenants of the "new arena" in Virginia Beach.
