New York Jets QB received a bit of good news this week on his injured throwing arm. Despite torn cartilage in his right shoulder, it was determined Sanchez will not need surgery.

Sanchez will take a month off before resuming football activities.

Two seasons in, Sanchez has completed 54.4 percent of his passes with a 29:33 touchdown-to-interception ratio and 6.6 yards-per-attempt average.

He’s due a $14.75 million salary in 2011.
