TEAMS: Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens
Former Philadelphia Eagles backup quarterback Mike Kafka will work out for the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday, according to a report on ESPN's halftime show from Monday night.
Kafka was a bit of a surprise cut this summer by the Eagles, who released him in favor of rookie Nick Foles as Michael Vick's backup.
The Steelers are in need of a quarterback as they now turn to third-stringer and long-time backup Charlie Batch to start this week against Cleveland. Ben Roethlisberger suffered a fractured rib and separated shoulder against Kansas City.
Then, Byron Leftwich broke two ribs in Sunday night's loss to the Baltimore Ravens, leaving Batch as the Steelers only healthy QB. Source: National Football Post Attached Thumbnails

For Eagles, Foles Not the Answer Either

There’s only so many things that a head coach can change about his team before he has to go, and the Philadelphia Eagles look like they’ve hit that point. The men from the City of Brotherly Love have lost six games in a row and now have failed to cover five in a row.
They have changed defensive coordinators and have changed...
Marcus Vick seemingly takes a shot at Andy Reid on Twitter
Marcus Vick may be criticizing the Philadelphia Eagles again on Twitter, only this time he made more of an effort to mask his insult. Philadelphia’s record fell to 3-7 on Sunday at the hands of the Washington Redskins with Michael Vick sitting on the sidelines. As a result, Andy Reid’s seat is hotter than ever. Reid has had to answer questions about whether or not he feels he...
Report: Michael Vick could be back next week
Philadelphia Eagles rookie quarterback Nick Foles was very unimpressive during today’s loss to the Redskins. The good news is that Michael Vick might be back next week.
According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, the Eagles overstated Vick’s condition in order to give themselves an excuse to start Foles for the remainder of the season if he played well.
The problem is that...
Michael Vick Can’t Drive, Is Sensitive to Light, Nauseous, Can’t Sleep Due to Concussion
Apparently Andy Reid was telling the truth when he said that Michael Vick’s concussion was significant.
The Eagles’ quarterback is experiencing some pretty shocking side effects from his latest concussion. Vick “still can’t drive a car due to balance issues, sleeps all day, can’t sleep at night” and he is “lethargic, nauseous, can’t sit in meetings and sensitive...

RG3 completed 14 of 15 passes against Eagles
Any NFL team with a struggling, low ranked defense, should only hope the Philadelphia Eagles are coming up on the schedule. Because this season the Eagles’ offense has had a knack of being an instant cure for what’s been ailing some of the league’s most impotent defensive units.
Sunday was another example as the Eagles, led by ...
10 Philadelphia Eagles Who Will Be Gone After the Season
You don’t go from being a serious Super Bowl contender to a bottom feeder in the NFC in just one season and not have major consequences. That is the situation the Philadelphia Eagles see themselves in right now. We already now that Andy Reid is going to be fired at the end of the season, if not before. But what about the players?
There are going to be some major changes within...
Eagles Coach Andy Reid Says He Will Not Step Down This Season
His team in a free-fall and his fate sealed, Andy Reid was asked if there was any scenario in which he would step down as head coach of the Eagles this season.
Im standing in front of the team and telling them, These are the things we need to do, one of which is to continue to battle. And so I think that would be a cop-out, said Reid. Thats not how I see things. Thats...

No stud this week, but Cooper did have a few good catches.
That was so bad I seriously don’t even know what to write.

Mike Tirico is so not looking forward to Panthers-Eagles next week
At least Mike Tirico is an honest man. The ESPN Monday Night Football play by play man was reading a promo for next week's Panthers-Eagles game during last night's 49ers-Bears clunker and didn't try to sugarcoat the awful matchup. Let's face it, it's been a rough year in terms of quality games for Monday Night Football and 2-8 Carolina vs 3-7 Philadelphia...
Taylor Swift – Andy Reid Parody
With the Eagles playing at their worst in a long time, fans really need something to make them laugh…and when I say laugh I mean at how stupid this Andy Reid Parody is. A group that goes by: FROMSTART2FILM, decided to make a parody of Andy Reid, called “We will never win with Andy”. That’s…
Steelers To Work Out Free Agent Quarterbacks Mike Kafka & Brian Hoyer On Tuesday
With Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Byron Leftwich sidelined with broken ribs suffered in the 13-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens Sunday night the team is scheduled to work out a few free agent quarterbacks on Tuesday.

Marcus Vick takes another shot at Andy Reid on Twitter?
After the Eagles got spanked by the New Orleans Saints on “Monday Night Football” last month, Marcus Vick tweeted “Please trade my brother. We requesting out of Philly!!!! Please please please……” Shortly after, Michael said he had a “serious heart-to-heart conversation” with Marcus in which he told his brother to stop being a twit on…
