In July, 2010, the ACC and ESPN announced a 12-year deal which would give the ACC much needed money, and would give ESPN broadcast rights over every conference controlled game in several sports. Of course about eight months later ESPN inked a similar deal with the Pac-12 which landed that conference 130% of what the ACC got (thanks John Swofford!), but that's neither here nor there. For us - the fans - we get a ******** of games. And this season marks year 1.
Yesterday the complete ESPN hoops schedule was released. What does this mean for ACC teams? Here's a breakdown of the games and where they will be televised. Of course, the Holiday tournaments are incomplete, as ESPN only lists the 1st round games. And many of the games listed as ESPN3 only will be available in local markets on the normal broadcast (Raycom, etc...).
