Andre Williams started the season as an unknown to most of the college football world, and really until some of the top Heisman candidates starting falling off the radar his name still wasn’t tossed around too much for awards.
However, when a running back eclipses 2,000 yards on the ground then it is time to take notice. So that’s why Williams is one of six finalists — which probably shows us how close the voting is after the top spot.
