Follow @HookTSB (Photo by Jim Kemper/Zuffa LLC via Getty Images)   UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon “Bones” Jones tweeted a photo of himself late Monday night, and it looks like the champ has packed on a couple of lbs.  It’s amazing how much a fighter’s weight and shape fluctuates in-between bouts.  Here’s the tweet, check out the image after the jump:   Ok so here’s that b4 pic.
