Utah State senior Molli Merrill has been named the America First Credit Union Utah State Student-Athlete of the Week for the period ending Sunday, Nov. 6, an award that is voted on by a state-wide media panel. She is the third soccer player to be honored this season with Shantel Flanary and Jennifer Flynn both earning the award.

The 2011 SEC Tournament Champion Auburn soccer team has been selected as a host site for the opening round of the 2011 NCAA Women's Soccer Tournament. Auburn, the automatic qualifier from the SEC, will face Utah State, the automatic qualifier from the Western Athletic Conference, with kickoff set for 7pm CT on Saturday, Nov. 12 at the Auburn Soccer Complex.
