This is the video Chael was talking about in his UFC Tonight interview that Wanderlei put out. It definitely helps having subtitles and I’m not sure how much of what Wandy was saying Chael could understand. Bottom line this fight needs to happen and I am glad we will get to see more of Chael Sonnen in the Octagon and more of his trash talk outside of if. Shout out to Intravid for the heads up.

Chael Sonnen hinted that he might be retiring following his UFC 159 loss to Jon Jones, but those thoughts didn't last for very long.
At UFC 159, Chael Sonnen was unsuccessful in his third attempt at UFC gold. However, unlike his two exciting performances against the greatest fighter in the world in Anderson Silva, Sonnen's fight against Jon Jones was the most lopsided loss of the West Linn native's career. Jones, the highly-regarded 24 year-old Light Heavyweight champ, used his superior size and grappling...
Chael Sonnen (pictured) made two announcements and one call out during this week’s edition of FUEL TV’s “UFC Tonight” – all in a night’s work for Uncle Chael.
Just three days after getting steamrolled by reigning light heavyweight king Jon Jones at UFC 159, Sonnen confirmed he will in fact continue his controversial career and remain in the 205-pound division for the...
I don’t think anyone really thought Chael was going to retire after his loss to Bones Jones, his body just doesn’t contain the type of DNA required to go out on a loss like that. But, the clock is still ticking on his 36-year-old body, and with the UFC upping it’s stance against TRT (I’m sure if an exemption is made for anyone, it’s Chael) perhaps Chael only has a few...
Well that didn't take long. For anyone that was wondering if Jon Jones would be the man to shut up and/or retire Chael Sonnen for good, or even a week, here's your answer.
The gangster from the mean streets of West Linn, Oregon is back behind the desk and he's already picking his next fight. His target is none other than 'The Axe Murderer' himself, Wanderlei...
“I’ll fight at 205. I’m not retiring. I’m 36 years old. I have a lot of goals and I’m not going to reach them if I retire. I don’t have a lot of options at 185. I’ve fought everyone in the top 10, including the champion a couple of times. So I moved up to [...]
Chael Sonnen returns to UFC Tonight and sits down with Kenny Florian to talk about his UFC 159 loss to Jon Jones and his fighting future. It seems like its time for Chael to start settling some scores with the Brazilians he offended when picking a fight with Anderson Silva. The hype for Sonnen vs Wanderlei could be great and it is a fight that makes sense.
Ronda Rousey with the...
Three future hall of famers are seen here sharing a laugh. Perhaps Wanderlei is telling them how he “punked” Sonnen that one time in the van back in 2010.

How does the baddest light heavyweight alive get ready to tie Tito Ortiz for the most successful 205-pound title defenses in UFC history? By singing Rihanna’s “Stay” – a slow tempo love song, of course.
Jon Jones (pictured) was relaxed and full of confidence entering Saturday’s scrap with Chael Sonnen. After witnessing his destruction of Chael P., now we know why he was...
It is a rare occasion when you get an inside look at Anderson Silva. Like Water shows a fascinating backstory behind one of the greatest fights and fighters in UFC history yet still left plenty of unanswered questions about who Anderson Silva really is.
UFC 159 had more than a few memorable moments. It was a card built around West Linn's Chael Sonnen, a middleweight fighter coming off of a loss, who skillfully campaigned his way directly into the cage against light heavyweight champion Jon Jones. The day before the event, Nick Catone (9-4) was hospitalized due to dehydration, a result from his strenuous weight cut. His fight...
It was the battle of the Ultimate Fighter coaches as the Ultimate Fighting Championship presented UFC 159, shown live in the early hours of this past Sunday morning on ESPN here in Britain. The show began with the prelims and the bantamweight encounter between Bryan Caraway and Johny Bedford. This was a pretty good fight. UFC Tonight analysts Kenny Florian and Chael Sonnen attempt to explain the the gruesome toe injury suffered by UFC light-heavyweight champ Jon Jones during his UFC 159 title defense against Sonnen.
The champ suffered a compound fracture on his toe, which he did not notice until the post-fight interview with color commentator Joe Rogan.
Watch the explanation below (Warning: not for...
