Hockey legend Wayne Gretzky has put his enormous Thousand Oaks mansion on the market for a cool $15 million. The estate, located in the gated Sherwood Country Club, sits on 6.5 acres and has everything you could possibly want or desire (except for Paulina Gretzky).
The 6 bedroom, 7.5 bathroom house boasts a theater room, several living rooms, a wood-burning pizza oven, pool and a sunken tennis court. That doesn’t even include the two completely detached guest houses.
Pretty much every spot in the house has incredible views, and the wrap-around upstairs decks has the best of them all.
One of the guest houses is a full-sized gym, complete with plenty of floor space for your wife’s zumba class or hot yoga sessions.
All-in-all, the 10,815 square foot home (which doesn’t include the two guest houses) will run you around $55,000 per month with the mortgage and estimated cost of maintenance to keep this palace in ship shape.

Got some spar change lying around? The Great One has a 10,815 square feet, 6.5-acre, house in Thousand Oaks, California for sale. The easiest way for Gretzky to sell the home would to have his daughter, Paulina, model in the house. That would guarantee a few more eyeballs on the property.
Wayne Gretzky’s humble abode in Thousand Oaks, California was designed by Richard Landry, who has also pieced together residences for Tom Brady and Sylvester Stallone. It’s a six bedroom, eight bathroom fortress that was once home to daughter Paulina and comes with an outdoor wood-fire pizza oven.
