None other than Evan Turner, former #2 overall pick and shooting guard for the Philadelphia 76ers. Instead of going down to Houston and wasting his weekend off watching horrible basketball Turner spent a relaxing weekend home with just him and some Legos.
This Lego set, featuring the French mansion Villa Savoye, ran Turner a pretty penny at $69.99. He posted the above photo last night a little after midnight and didn’t post the finished product until about 1:30 this afternoon.
Turner seems legitimately excited. Look at that caption. Look at that hash-tag (#**************).
Part of us wants to hate on Turner for spending All-Star weekend this way, but after struggling to sit through the first half of the action last night we can’t blame him.
Turner is currently enjoying career highs in points (13.8), rebounds (6.6), assists (4.4) & minutes per game (36.24).

Andrew Bynum’s lingering knee injury has prevented him from playing not even a minute of basketball for the Philadelphia 76ers, but somehow he’s remained relevant this NBA season because of his ridiculous hairstyles. Tuesday he debuted his most freaky deaky look yet, a surefire contender for wildest hairdo ever… Wow, Bynum has reached a whole new level of awesomeness with...
Tweet Andrew Bynum is a professional basketball player. That’s a fact that’s been lost in this NBA season as Bynum has seen the news more for his wild and questionably chosen hairstyles this season than he has for basketball. He showed up for an interview with his hair looking like it does in the top [...]
While perpetually injured center Andrew Bynum has yet to make an impact on the court for the Philadelphia 76ers this season as he’s been sidelined with knee issues, his many bizarre hairstyles sure have generated a lot of talk, laughter and let’s be honest, abject confusion, even becoming comedic fodder in a delightful animated video that surfaced last week.
Perhaps his most...
Injured Philadelphia 76ers center Andrew Bynum spoke with the local media on Tuesday to give an update on his rehabilitation progress (or lack thereof). For the record, Bynum has yet to play in an actual game for the 76ers this season. It appears as though he has spent the regular season managing his hair style, instead. The photo above is a look at Bynum's latest style...
This past summer the acquisition of Andrew Bynum was met with excitement and enthusiasm, as fans felt they may have just found the future of the franchise. However, after months of setbacks, bowling injuries, and a seemingly laissez-faire attitude about his return to the court on the part of Bynum himself, that eager anticipation has given way to disappointment and distaste for...
The Philadelphia 76ers made some serious noise this offseason when they acquired Andrew Bynum from the Los Angeles Lakers are part of the blockbuster deal that sent Dwight Howard to LA. But after four months and 51 games of the 2012-13 season, the 25-year-old center has yet to suit up for the Sixers. And, frankly, at this point it looks like he may never wear the team’s uniform...
Andrew Bynum was supposed to make a return to the hardwood after the All-Star break. That’s not happening but he expects to begin practicing with his Sixers teammates in about two weeks. So basically, no real updates. I just wanted an excuse to post this photo of Andrew and his half-braid out. I get amusement by his hair choices. Join me, giggle. You know you want to!
The Philadelphia 76ers appeared to be a team on the rise after last summer — they’d knocked off the No. 1 seeded Bulls in the playoffs(*), they were involved in a blockbuster trade that netted them arguably the second-best center in the NBA. Yet more than halfway into the 2012-13 season, they’re four games out of the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference, and their now-probably...
Philadelphia 76ers center Andrew Bynum will have season-ending arthroscopic surgery on both knees Tuesday.
Bynum has not played this season because of bone bruises in both of his knees. The 25-year-old is an unrestricted free agent and may never play a game for the Sixers.

Though an aimed return at the All-Star break fell through, Andrew Bynum insists he will be on an NBA court this season.
According to NJ.com:
