For the past few months, Evander Holyfield has been living in what was once his 109-room mansion in Fayette County, Ga. The house no longer belongs to him, as it sold for $7.5 million to JP Morgan Chase in a foreclosure auction back in March. Holyfield reportedly owes more than $14 million on the home, including federal taxes. Chase spokesman Greg Hassell confirmed to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the former heavyweight champion is “in the process of moving out.”

“We’ve worked with Mr. Holyfield to give him several months to move; he’s in the process of relocating and we’ve brought in additional resources to move the process forward,” Hassell said.

As you can see from the photo above that was taken from a video on AJC.com, moving vans and trucks have just now started filing in and out of Holyfield’s former residence. Clearly, it takes quite a while to move your personal belongings out of a 109-room estate.

Two years ago, Holyfield told the AJC that the home cost him more than $1 million annually. It is also believed that he owes roughly $500,000 in back child support payments, and Holyfield’s senior advisor has described his financial situation as “complicated.” From what we know, “complicated” sounds pretty troublesome.
