The fight between Terence Crawford and Yuriorkis Gamboa may have gone under your radar with all this World Cup madness happening. Gamboa will attempt to wrestle away the WBO lightweight title from Crawford in his first defense in his hometown of Omaha, NE.
The bout takes place this Saturday on HBO and from what Gamboa told our cameras in this video, he expects to bring it to Crawford from the opening bell. If that is so and we know Gamboa is vulnerable, it could turn out to be a roller-coaster of a fight. Now here’s to that kid.
