PLAYERS: John Calipari
The college basketball world is on pins and needles wanting to know where Andrew Wiggins will be playing basketball in the 2013-2014 season. Wiggins will reportedly announce his choice on Tuesday. It is believed that is down to Kentucky and Florida State, but nobody has a clue which way he is leaning, not even his high school coach. Everyone is searching for a hint, and Robert Fulford knows that people are searching his name to see if he will spill the beans, so he put up a new profile picture on his person Facebook page: Wiggins has played this close to the vest his entire recruiting process, and has kept the media at bay. It appears he was also wise to not even let those closest to him outside of his family know what will happen. The #1 recruit from Canada was supposed to be going to the college in 2014, but reclassified prior to last season. The Internet Apparently Doesn’t Want Andrew Wiggins To Choose Kentucky

With today being “Andrew Wiggins Day”, AKA the day that the No. 1 overall high school basketball recruit will make his collegiate decision, Twitter has been abuzz with predictions, analysis and straight-up hate. A white hat needs a black hat, even if, in truth, both men sport chapeaus that offer several shades of grey. Self, Kansas esteemed mens...

And it turned out to be a close decision Wiggins father, Mitchell, told pool reporters in Huntington, W.Va., on Tuesday afternoon that Florida State was Wiggins second choice (over Kentucky and North Carolina). When the nations top prep basketball prospect chose Kansas instead...

Academic Success

Kentucky’s athletic department posted a record 3.14 GPA in the spring semester, Athletics Director Mitch Barnhart announced Tuesday, led by John Calipari's basketball program.

Will Wiggins join UK superteam?

Andrew Wiggins is finally ready to make his college decision, and he'll make it public on Tuesday. It's taken more time for Wiggins to decide on a college basketball program than he'll actually spend in a college basketball program, but that's moot right now. What's both imminent and extremely important, though, is that some team is about the land the services...
