Apologies to those following this countdown as I got a bit sidetracked on it but we're back today to look at #10 Senior Guard Dan Fahey. There's just 6 days left until the Badgers' season opener on Sunday!
Fahey has appeared in 17 games in his 3 year career at UW, including 9 last season. He's tallied up 23 minutes, 2 points and 8 rebounds in his career.
While Fahey's contributions on the court haven't been too significant, he has had great success in the class room. Fahey boasts back to back all-Big Ten academic selections. Guys like Fahey really help Wisconsin Basketball keep up its great academic reputation.
Cole's Projected Stats for Dan Fahey: 1.4 mpg, 0.3 ppg, 0.1 apg
While Dan Fahey may not see many minutes on the floor this season, he can still make a big contribution to this team. Championship teams are made of every player contributing, from the superstar to the last guy on the bench (which might...

Amazingly we are just 5 days away from the start of the Badgers basketball season and tomorrow night is the exhibition game. All this means we are just Ryan Evans from things getting going and his play could be a key indicator of the season Wisconsin is about to have. He certainly was a key cog in last season's Sweet 16 run.
Evans was 2nd on the team last year in...
In order to determine where you’re at, sometimes you have to examine where you’ve been. It’s no different for the 2012 Wisconsin Badgers football team.

1.) Northern Iowa Panthers (3-6, 2-4)
Result Against UW: 26-21 loss at Camp Randall...
MADISON, Wis. When wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni began his first season at Wisconsin, he had no idea how the number of catches would be split among his players. Yes, standout Jared Abbrederis would garner the bulk of the throws. Beyond that, it was anybody's guess.
"I knew collectively they were going to be the No. 2 receiver," Azzanni said. "I really didn...
MADISON, Wis. Joel Stave may have the looks of a pretty boy, but he considers himself to be a tough guy. So don't be fooled when the Wisconsin quarterback admits to welling up with tears when he walked off the field Oct. 27 during the second half against Michigan State."As I passed my mom in the stands, she was kind of crying," Stave said. "That never helps."...
Wisconsin will finish the season with a new starting quarterback. Badgers coach Bret Bielema, however, prefers to keep quiet about his choice.
Junior transfer Danny O'Brien and fifth-year senior Curt Phillips are listed as co-starters on the depth chart and split snaps with the No. 1 offense in practice during the bye week. The starter will be under scrutiny as Wisconsin (6...
