Chane Behanan has been named the Big East player of the week, following his season high 22-point performance against Memphis on Saturday. He also added three rebounds, 2 steals and was 7-of-8 from the free throw line. Behanan is averaging 10.1 points and 7.8 rebounds per game this season. Coach Pitino mentioned in his post-game press conference that the team had worked all week on specific sets to get Behanan involved offensively.
