Alec Brown and Greg Mays each had double-doubles to lead Wisconsin-Green Bay to a season-opening 94-55 victory over Mary on Friday night.
Brown posted game highs of 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Mays had 10 points and 10 rebounds. Terry Johnson added 15 points.
Darius Robinson scored 16 points for the Marauders, a Division II team out of Bismarck, N.D. Lamada Williams contributed 14.
The Phoenix opened the game with a 17-0 spurt. The Marauders didn't score until Alex Dorr sank a 3-pointer after 7:33 had elapsed. Mary got only as close as 25-14 with 8:11 left in the first half.
Green Bay led 40-21 at intermission, and the gap reached 30 points when Clayton Heuer's free throw made it 63-33 with 11:51 to play.
The Phoenix held a 47-32 rebounding advantage.
